- Avoid unnecessary antibiotics use, such as for colds or other viral infections.
- Avoid Douching, which removes some of the normal bacteria in the vagina that protect you from infection.
- Avoid tight clothes.
- Avoid wearing tight-fitting pantyhose.
- Maintain proper hygiene.
- Avoid things with added sugar.
- Avoid too much Tea/Coffee.
